Myspace MP3s and Snocap.com

I'm happy to announce a new way to preview and buy many of my tracks
as MP3s.

At http://www.myspace.com/officialstevencravis there is a new music
player on the left side of the page, under my main picture. Each
song is 99 cents and can be purchased with Mastercard, Visa or Paypal
securely through SnoCap the new official music partner of
MySpace.com

Each song has a 30 second preview.

Please note: My songs Hypnoprism ( 12 minute track) and Meditation
Music ( 18 minute track ) can now be purchased as a single track,
which isn't possible on iTunes (on iTunes the whole album price needs
to be paid in order to include the songs that are over 10 minutes
long).

New CD Release by Laura Sullivan: Feast of Joy & Love

Laura Sullivan recently released her fourth CD on her independent label, Sentient Spirit Records. This new album is titled Feast of Joy & Love. An enticing banquet for the ears, it features a blend of piano with ethereal vocals and other acoustic instruments such as violin, saxophone and percussion. In a creative twist to the standard record organization, the songs are set up as a menu including appetizers, first & second courses and dessert. The music is relaxing and soothing while delving into heartfelt realms inspired by Laura Sullivan's personal life experiences connected with joy and love.

The songs on Feast of Joy & Love consist of Laura's own compositions along with several classical adaptations which have surprising variations. The opening track, a medley of Bach favorites, is titled Bouquet of Bach. Waltzing with Beethoven, adapted from the Sonata Pathetique, is changed to a new time signature of ¾ time. Albinoni's Secret Smile, is an arrangement of the traditional Albinoni's Adagio (sometimes referred to as the saddest song in classical music) with an unexpected joyful key change. Ala M'Ode to Joy, based on Beethoven's Ode to Joy, also astonishes us with an altered time signature to ¾ time. Also included among the delicacies is a new arrangement of Greensleeves using lyrics from a mysterious dialect. Laura Sullivan employs her sensitive piano techniques that have appeared on her previous albums, and makes her vocal debut with rich layers of angelic harmony in Feast of Joy & Love.

Raised in a musical family, Laura began playing piano at 4 years old. At age 8 she was writing compositions and by 18 had composed a body of work, including 6 feature length musicals for children which were performed with Laura's troupe, Star Company Children's Theater. Laura is a member of the piano artist collective Whisperings founded by composer, pianist and radio host, David Nevue. Two of her releases were produced by renowned artist Chris Camozzi, (appearing with artists Jeff Lorber, Michael Bolton, Maria Carey, Barbara Streisand and many others).

RJ Lannan of the New Age Reporter writes, "Laura Sullivan's music shimmers with an effervescent vitality." Laura's release, Mystical America, was designated the number one best New Age album of 2004 by Bill Binkelman of Wind and Wire.

iTunes credit towards the rest of the album

Today, Apple introduced the "Complete My Album" feature Thursday on
its iTunes Store. It now gives a full credit of 99 cents for every
track the user previously purchased and applies it toward the
purchase of the complete album.

For instance, most albums on iTunes cost $9.99 so a customer who
already bought three tracks can download the rest of the album for
$7.02.

So, if you've ever bought any tracks from my CDs on iTunes, but not
the whole CD, and you would like to get the rest of the CD, Apple
will honor this retroactively up to 90 days from now, for any
purchases you made within the past four years (since iTunes first was
launched).

Here are all my links to my iTunes albums:

album.
